Wrong delivery

Where people work, mistakes can be made. No matter how well the order is checked... It sometimes happens that a name is not correctly executed in terms of spelling, color, the execution of letters with dots, with capital letter or not. Every day many names pass in review, it would be a dream if this would always go well. But don't worry, an incorrect delivery from Mientje Frobel will be solved anyway. In this case the order will always be (still) delivered according to the order. Fortunately it is a rare fact but still.... it's annoying for both of them. If this happens, please send us an e-mail, if possible with an image of the order number, and the order will be processed again immediately.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't quite go as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@mientjefrobel.nl (or sending an app to 06 38 71 76 90). If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens so you can claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

You can also report damaged shipments via info@mientjefrobel.nl about the order number and provided with a photo or app your photo to 06-38717690 so that Mientje Fröbel can assess the problem and solve it as soon as possible. Photos are important for recovering any damage from the carrier.
